• Beechworth Wildlife Stays is heavily booked, so please plan your stay well in advance.

• Prices are per tent, per night - 2-night minimum

• Public Holidays & Long Weekends have a 3-night minimum

• A 50% deposit is required with the remaining balance paid during your stay with us

• Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets

• All rates are per tent per tent

• All rates are quoted in Australian dollars including GST and are subject to availability

• A two-night minimum applies, with three night minimum on Long weekends and four night minimum at Easter

• Check-in time is not before 2:00pm on the arrival date and check out time is no later than 11:00am on departure date.

• Early arrival and/or late departure is subject to prior arrangement and availability.

• If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavor to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full

• Cancellations will be refunded if more than 30 days notice is given. The deposit of 50% will be forfeited if cancelled within 30 days, and no refund will be provided if cancelled within 7 days prior to your stay.
